Choice of Mortgage Providers and Optional Mortgage Rate Buydown or Seller Paid Closing Costs Incentive. A 30- year Conventional mortgage at a fixed rate of 5.99% (6.28% APR) based on a home price of $300,000 with 5.0% downpayment and a minimum 780 credit score, owner occupied. Actual rate will vary based on credit score, loan program, down payment percentage, occupancy type, home type and purchase price. Purchaser(s) must lock in rate within five days of signing the purchase agreement or rate may change and deal may no longer be offered. Purchaser is subject to qualifications for specific loan terms, occupancy, down payment, credit and underwriting requirements, interested party contribution limits, and /or investor program guidelines. Purchaser(s) must lock in rate within five days of signing the purchase agreement or rate may change and deal may no longer be offered. Purchaser is subject to qualifications for specific loan terms, occupancy, down payment, credit and underwriting requirements, interested party contribution limits, and /or investor program guidelines.
