The most impressive part was the workmanship. This was stylish and affordable and in the area we wanted. We were always drawn to
the Olthof style. We like the openness of the kitchen and living room. She was sold on the closet space! We met a couple people on the
block and everyone was so welcoming. We’re really happy that we’re here!

The build quality was terrific. It’s all usable space and designed very intelligently. It’s not chopped up.
In an era where people say one thing and do something completely different, you guys do everything you said you
would do and when you said you were going to do it. My recommendation would be for Olthof.

The process was fun. The sunroom…that’s the biggest thing that I love. Not many homes have a sunroom like that. For me it’s the
basement, for her it’s the sunroom. My friend thought the kitchen was awesome. How could you not just love to pull up to this
house! I just love our house!

This fits me just perfectly. I like the stainless steel appliances. It’s very spacious. I like the size of the living
room. Whenever I walk in the door…I’m home! I wish I had done this sooner. I could see myself living here 30 years.

It was the layout and the light. It was very inviting when you walked in. The design was one of the best I've ever seen. The
selection process with Kelly was very, very easy. It was perfect when we walked in. Randon did a marvelous job. I was very impressed
with how every thing flowed. It was very easy. Buy one!

Everything went very smoothly. The dates were all kept and not pushed back. The price range was good. The process was made pretty easy.

We really like the upstairs area. It’s a nice family room area too. The new home orientation went very smooth. It
was pretty easy. Everything was in good shape and clean. I was expecting some kind of snafu, but everything was minor,
nothing major.

I love the master bedroom...it's huge. I love the community. There are lots of kids, yet it's peaceful.
I didn't think I'd be as happy as I
am. I really love it. My parents are going to be moving out here as well.

It was in the right price range and it was a ranch. It was the best experience...it was very pleasant.
Every person that I encountered was very sincere. Kelly was very helpful. It turned out very nice, I was happy.
