LIMITED TIME- A commission of 3% of the base purchase price will be paid to the Procuring Broker with a valid registration upon closing and funding,
for any contract written between January 1st, 2012 and June 30th, 2012. Any contracts written after June 30th, 2012 will be paid a standard commission
of 2.5%. See policy for details.
