of the art facility that gives customers a
wide variety of selections to tailor their
home to fit their needs. The Design Center
is conveniently organized to help you accomplish
this. You may choose a style that is simple
and elegant, or liven it up with something
bold and exciting! With the wide variety of
home styles and color packages available,
every home has a unique character. Whether
it be traditional, prairie style or craftsmen,
each home has a unique look. Olthof Homes
offers a wide variety of options and finishes
for the interior of the homes as well. Flooring,
cabinets, bathroom fixtures and more presented
to you in one convenient location. Please
take a moment to review the following checklist
to make your experience as productive as possible.
Olthof Homes' Design Team is continually
changing and adding options to keep
up with today's demanding styles. The
Design Team is able to answer any questions
regarding the products and/or provide
a professional opinion using their education
and experience. The Design Center is
open for browsing during the following hours:
Tuesday - Friday
11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Closed on Saturday & Sunday

- Dress comfortably. Your appointment
may take some time while you browse
through the Design Center searching
for the ideal selections for your
new home.

- Have an idea of what you like and
don't like. Tear pages out of your
favorite magazines and catalogs,
and if you like, bring fabric swatches
of your furniture to your appointment.
This will make it easier for you
and your Design Center professional
to select the perfect colors and
materials for your new home.

- Ask questions. You may find it helpful
to make a list of questions and
ideas regarding your new home's
interior before your Design Center
appointment, so that while working
with your consultant, every detail
is sure to be addressed.
