is designed to provide rapid and organized
service for warranty issues.
Your
Warranty:
Olthof Homes offers homeowners the best
in customer care. Our Customer Care Team
is committed to servicing your home throughout
the warranty period. During the 2-year limited
warranty period, our knowledgeable service
people will visit your home at 30 days and
again at 11 months to address any warranty
needs that may need attention. These visits
are initiated by Olthof Homes' Customer
Care Department to exemplify our commitment
to you. We also provide you with the ability
to initiate a warranty visit when you feel
it is required. Each new homeowner recieves
2 Courtesy Coupons that can be used to request
service at any time during your 2-year warranty
period. Homeowners also recieve a Drywall
Touch-up Coupon that can be used during
the two year limited warranty period. If

Services:
Occasionally an emergency situation will
come up, and when it does you should know

for help. To be sure that you feel safe
and secure in your new home, Olthof Homes
works with the best in the trades to ensure
timely responses and quality craftsmanship
in your time of need. In an emergency, please
call the contractor directly from the numbers
posted on your breaker box or call the Olthof
Homes' Customer Care line at 219-558-8080 x316.
Olthof Homes offers 24-hour on-call service
to assist you in emergency situations. Some
examples of what is specified as an emergency
include TOTAL loss of heat, electricity
or water, a gas leak, plumbing leak that
cannot be isolated or any situation that
endangers the occupancy of the home. |
