Olthof Homes finished the month of March with more sales for new homes than any March in the history of our company! What a great start for 2008! The staff is both excited and humbled by the results. Olthof Homes is nearing the completion of three new model openings at their Hamilton Square community in Crown Point. These maintenance free townhomes and terrace homes start at 119,900 and will be available for viewing in about one month. The builder has already started moving in new home owners at this community as they complete springtime work and prepare for the opening of the models.
