The word is out. Olthof Homes enjoyed another solid year in 2007 closing over 280 homes here in Northwest Indiana! We also achieved the number one Homebuyer Satisfaction ranking among all Home Builders in the North Central region of the US by the AVID rating company in the 3rd quarter of 2007! It’s been a lot of fun, sweat and cheers to reach these achievements. We’re determined to do more of the same in 2008.
You may have noticed the great deals available on our “Ready to Move in” homes this month. This promotion will be available through February, so if you were looking for the absolute best deal on a completed new home, you may want to check out these homes soon. In addition, if you have an existing home to sell, we have a team of professionals ready to go to work for you to help evaluate and sell your home. We’re also looking forward to the Grand Opening of two new communities in 2008. Centennial in Cedar Lake and Hamilton Square in Crown Point. In addition, We’ll open ten new decorated models for your viewing this year. Look for details on these happenings in a future article.
