HOMES DEBUTS AUBURN MEADOW PAIRED COTTAGE
HOMES |
For more than 40 years, Olthof Homes has been
creating maintenance-free living communities
throughout Northwest Indiana. Auburn Meadow,
located in the heart of Schererville's retail
/ entertainment / dining area, represents
the newest concept from this veteran developer
/ builder - the resort-style community. As
part of that resort-style concept Auburn Meadow
will feature a clubhouse, fitness center,
swimming pool and walking trails.
In this neighborhood created for empty nesters
and young professionals, three distinct types
of homes will blend, and today Olthof unveils
the first of that series of maintenance-free
homes - the Paired Cottage Homes Luxury and
fine finishes combine in The Wyndham, a 1,700-square-foot
home that boasts three bedrooms and two baths.
A dramatic cathedral ceiling in the foyer
fills the home with natural light and nine-foot
ceilings throughout the rest of the homes
add to its spacious feel. Lucy Johnston recently
purchased one of the paired cottage homes
and said she's "impressed with how open and
spacious it is." Karen Olthof, new home consultant
at Auburn Meadow agreed. "These homes cater
to those truly seeking the ultimate in elegance.
The Wyndham model is absolutely gorgeous."
In addition to the paired cottage homes, Auburn
Meadow will feature townhomes and terrace
homes. Olthof will host a grand opening for
these models throughout the summer. Each neighborhood
in Auburn Meadow is distinctively marked with
a stone monument marker. In addition, the
clubhouse will be shared by the entire community.
This beautiful brick building offers a gathering
space with fireplace and soaring beamed ceiling,
a banquet room, a full kitchen and fitness
center. The swimming pool is currently under
construction just outside the clubhouse. A
40-acre wildlife preserve also borders the
community to the north. Located west of U.S.
41 and south of U.S. 30, Auburn Meadow is
conveniently located close to entertainment,
dining and shopping.
