After introducing an entirely new line of single family homes specifically designed and priced to appeal to buyers in a changing market, Olthof Homes reports that March 2008 was the best March on record since the company was founded in 1961. May was the second best May on record for the company.
“We wrote 158 new contracts as of June 30th,” Carmen Ware, Olthof Homes sales manager, said. “It’s absolutely thrilling to drive through northwest Indiana and see all of the new starts coming out of the ground in most of our communities.”
