Grand Opening Today

prior to the grand opening at Camden Woods,”
Ware said. “Similar to our maintenance-free
communities, Camden Woods’ private
atmosphere gives you that ‘away at

through street, entrance and exit, this
community is tucked away on 75th Street,
just east of Cline Avenue. The location
is amazingly secluded, while offering residents
the luxury of living in town.
While the plans for Camden Woods include
66 single-family homes on ample lots, there
are currently just 18 remaining opportunities.
These include four Ready to Move in Homes,
two of which will be complete soon while
foundations have been poured for the other
two, and 14 home sites offering a range

The five available floor plans for Camden
Woods include two which are the luxuriously
appointed model homes, the Providence, a

garage; plus a 2,100 square foot ranch plan
called the Huntley, a 2,320 square foot
2-story called the Manchester and a 3,000
square foot 2-story called the Executive.
“Because the lot sizes do vary throughout
the community, we have carefully plotted
which of the five floor plans we offer here
will work on each home site in conjunction
with our extensive efforts to save as many
trees as possible,” she said. “As
a result, some features, such as concrete
driveways and basements have been included
in the standard plans for the homes at Camden
Woods.”
Additional standard features at Camden Woods
include 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets
in the master bedrooms, utility/laundry
tub in all floor plans with main-level laundry
rooms in select plans, gas forced-air heating
system, air conditioner, 40-gallon automatic
gas-fired water heater, poured concrete
foundation walls, vinyl siding, brick and
stone exteriors, exterior electrical outlets,
steel exterior doors, steel pre-finished
garage door and 10-year residential warranty.
Some of the Olthof Homes’ luxury options
offered at Camden Woods include sunrooms,
a loft area on the second levels, fireplaces
and master suites with whirlpool tubs and
separate showers.
All total, there are 22 possibilities of
exterior looks in Camden Woods, which are
monitored closely by Olthof to ensure variety

in the Blanks’ with $3,000 towards
appliances. This promotion is available
for both new construction and Ready to Move
