COTTAGE HOMES OFFICIALLY UNVEILED AT BRIAR
CROSSING, DYER |
Those downsizing from singe-family homes don't
want to sacrifice amenities. At the Briar
Crossing Paired Cottage Homes in Dyer they
don't need to give up luxurious appointments.
"A brand new home offers the customer the
benefits of designing their home to match
their personality, current architecture and
floor plans," said Todd Olthof of Olthof Homes,
the developer of Briar Crossing and builder
of the paired cottage homes." "At Olthof Homes,
it's our passion for you to enjoy life in
your new home, at your new community," he
added.
The paired cottage homes are all ranch designs
to attract those who want to eliminate stairs.
"We're attracting a lot of people who are
downsizing, who don't want those large homes,"
said Bob Eich, new homes consultant with Olthof
Homes. "These are maintenance-free. People
don't need their mowers. There's complete
maintenance of all exterior items by the town
home association."
Two models of these duplex-style town homes
- The Drake and The Hilton - are open for
viewing at the new Dyer subdivision located
off 213th Street, directly across from Briar
Ridge Country Club. A third floor plan, called
The Regency, is also available. In addition,
one single-family home, The Cameron will be
available in this section of Briar Crossing.
"Olthof Homes has developed a keen eye for
designing a wide selection of homes in ideal
locations with unique settings, appealing
exteriors and open floor plans," Todd Olthof
said. "Briar Crossing residents will enjoy
the benefits of having easy access to dining,
retail and entertainment," he added. "The
views are exceptional. Boasting nine acres
of green space, Briar Crossing offers some
of the best views available in the new construction
market."
