"The American Dream" returns |
In designing the "American Dream Collection"
several years ago, Olthof Homes created luxurious
homes for families and empty nesters who want
a large, open concept home. And today, that
American Dream will be showcased at the grand
opening of The Estates of Auburn Meadows in
Schererville.
This community of single-family homes is nestled
right in the heart of Schererville's retail,
entertainment and dining area that stretches
along U.S. 41 to U.S. 30. A 40-acre wildlife
preserves borders the community to the north,
and at the center of The Estates of Auburn
Meadows is a lake which will feature a decorative
fountain.
Both lakeside and wooded homesites are available
with specific premium prices. All the lots
are between 1/4 and 1/2 acre in size, and
the price of a home includes a standard lot.

When completed, the neighborhood will feature
more than 120 homes. In addition to Olthof
Homes, John Rosmanitz Builders and Eenigenburg
Builders Inc. are constructing luxury single-family
homes in The Estates of Auburn Meadows, said
Bob Eich, Olthof's new home consultant.
Three professionally decorated models by Olthof
Homes will be open for viewing starting this
weekend. All represent styles of American
Dream homes offered at The Estates of Auburn
Meadows, including The Huntley, a ranch-style
home; The Providence, a 1-1/2 story; and The
Sumner, a two-story home. Each of these three
home styles has a choice of four or five different
elevations or exterior finishes to create
great variety in the community. |
