Enjoy summer by the lake in the new Olthof home of your choice

“So far, the Heritage Townhome is our most popular plan in Centennial,” Schaum says. “You really get a lot of square footage for your money with this plan, and people are impressed with the open-concept first floor, which is ideal for entertaining, and the fact that there are two huge bedrooms upstairs, with the option of making this a 3-bedroom home. Plus everyone has their own private front entrance along with access to their own 1-car attached garage in the rear of the home.”

“We’ve been working with a lot of first-time homebuyers who want to take advantage of the fully-refundable $8,000 tax credit before the December 1 deadline,” Schaum says. “As a result, there is just one Anthem Townhome with 1,240 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms and one and a half baths available to move in right now for $117,357. Because there has been so much interest in the Townhomes here, Olthof is currently working on another building, where you can choose your floor plan and all your selections while they last.”

Other Ready To Move In opportunities at Centennial include the Shorewood Single Family home with 2,493 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, upstairs flex space for family room or home office, 4-season sunroom, full basement and 2-car garage for $237,533; and the Chesapeake Paired Cottage with 1,515 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and den in a ranch plan with dozens of luxurious upgrades for $169,593.

“We want everyone to know that May is the last month Olthof can guarantee closing in order to qualify for the first-time homebuyer tax credit if you choose to build a Single Family home or a Paired Cottage home,” Schaum says. “For our Townhome plans there’s a little more time, but not a lot since it takes 75 days from the time you choose a plan and all your selections in a building that’s already under construction. Once the current building sells out, we’ll have to see where we stand on that.”
